Better understanding of performance measurement and relationships between the key elements of\r\ndrivers and result is a must for hotels aspiring to be and remain successful. This paper reports the use\r\nof Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to test relationships between drivers and results of\r\nperformance. These elements (enablers and results) were identified through the critique of five\r\nlandmark performance measurement models. Data gathered via a questionnaire survey were analyzed\r\nusing SEM. The statistical results revealed significant positive relationships between the enablers and\r\nresults of performance.
